"Amur Tiger" 24x36 Glossy Poster Mapped with Augmented Reality

The Amur tiger, also known as the Siberian tiger (Panthera tigris altaica), is a subspecies of tiger native to the Russian Far East, with a small population also found in China and possibly North Korea. It is the largest tiger subspecies and one of the most powerful apex predators in the world. The Amur tiger is distinguished by its thick fur, which provides insulation against the harsh winters of its habitat, and its distinctive pale orange coat with black stripes.

Once widespread throughout eastern Russia, China, and the Korean Peninsula, the Amur tiger's range has drastically reduced due to habitat loss, poaching, and human-wildlife conflict. Today, the Amur tiger is classified as endangered by the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), with an estimated population of around 500-600 individuals in the wild.
